Raised in France by a Vietnamese father and a German mother, Maï Huan-Maury grew up in a multicultural environment. She started her career in market research at Synovate Censydiam and TNS Healthcare. She has been working with Innate Motion for almost 10 years as a senior researcher and cultural decoder across Europe, United States and Asia on projects for Estee Lauder Companies, Lacoste, Danone and Unilever. Having grown up in a multicultural family and schooled in the IB system, Thais was always curious about others: different belief systems, cultures and communication tools were and remain a source of inspiration that guides her every day. At the age of 13, feeling a need for freedom and discovery, she made the decision to fly out of Europe and live with her father in Thailand for two years: the goal was to live in as many different countries as possible before settling down into adulthood. By the age of 21, she had lived in 5 countries, spoke 3 languages fluently as well as some rudimentary Thai and Spanish. In 2015, having met someone special, she settled down in London. In this melting pot of a city, she continues to experience a different country every day through the people she meets and finds inspiration for her creative writing that fills up countless notebooks in her library. Today, armed with unwavering patience and determination, her goal is to make a positive difference for those she has met along the way and for the future generation she still feels a part of – something she looks forward to achieving with Innate Motion.

After trying studies in architecture and social demographics, Freek joined the Dutch army for a year as a kind of sabbatical. During that year Freek discovered his natural habit of curiosity, feeling the joy of digging into all kinds of subjects, using desk research as a tool. This finally brought him to the Library Academy in Amsterdam. After finishing his studies, he worked for almost 10 years in the advertising industry, mainly at TBWA, where he was responsible for business intelligence for the planning team. Freek joined Innate Motion mid-2010, strengthening the Life Support team, both on project support and company support. He extended his skills and is now acting as a kind of underground detective, introducing clever solutions to facilitate the company’s growth. Because of his innate modesty, he is especially thrilled by creating tangible results for others. Freek is living with his wife and two kids on the shore of the biggest lake in the Netherlands. In his spare time, Freek is challenging the elements on long bike rides.
