Tech Leadership from Ireland and the rest of Europe will convene at the end of the month in Dublin to highlight the importance of caring in business and to discuss their responsibility when it comes to caring in the workplace, in the community and in the environment.

Many key figures in the tech sector will be attending the conference Caring In Business – Where Technology Meets Humanity taking place at the Conrad, Dublin on the 26th September.

Benoit Beaufils, Co-Founder and Business Humaniser at Innate Motion, will give his expert opinion on how Caring is an essential business tool, and the importance of humanizing companies with empathy. He will provide insights on how empathy can be used as a business tool to provide direction from top down and bottom up and how making connections with people strengthens business, enriches eco-systems and reinvent value.

Benoit will be joined by leaders from tech giants such as IBM, HP, SAP, Schneider Electric,Oracle, Fujitsu, Micro Focus, Red Hat to discuss topics ranging from gender parity, employee experience, corporate giving, tech for good to environmental initiatives, e-waste and recycling.
