This workshop explores the different considerations for business and team leaders who have adopted a work-from-home setup courtesy of the coronavirus outbreak. While there are a number of best-practice behaviours available online, aimed at helping individuals adapt to the change, this workshop will help leaders explore broader considerations which affect the working culture of an organization.
Within the workshop we will consider the context in which this change is occurring before exploring values, expectations, support structures, and interaction amongst employees.
