HOW DOES IT WORK?

Phase I: Analysis

In the first Phase of the Be Do, we carry out stakeholder interviews and desk research to be able to map out initial fertile territories and force  fields to anchor the Regenerative Purpose. Simultaneously, conversations are held with major stakeholders to measure the company’s current social and environmental impact, called “baseline”, leveraging global standards.

Phase II: Envision

Envision comes with ecosystem immersions allowing everyone to gain empathy and a human lens to the ecosystem where we operate. A multidisciplinary team then engages in co-creative sessions to define the Regenerative Purpose and the Target Profile, the envisioned strategy  that will activate the purpose and guide the company’s regenerative journey.

Phase III: Roadmap

With a clear direction and purpose, a waved-approach action plan is laid out to set the evolution in motion.

Phase IV: Implementation

Guided implementation of roadmap across all areas of the business to ensure evolution path is held and measured, and new purpose transforms the company culture.
