Markus Sandmayr

My mission is to use business as a driver for building a sustainable future, believing in the power of change and renewal to create a better world. As a Board Director, I created a space for freedom and experimentation to identify and execute strategic opportunities for growth and impact. I’ve achieved the BCorp certification for two companies in France, Blédina, and Nutricia, demonstrating their commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

I also support young start-ups as a business angel, helping them scale and make a positive difference by constantly pushing for new ways to think, be, and do. My passion for swimming keeps me focused and reflective, providing the clarity needed to lead effectively and inspire change.

Moniek Tersmette

Challenger, progressive caregiver, psychologist, and fearless cold-water swimmer. I am an advocate of driving change through everyday behavior. Relentlessly, I bring people and teams in close contact with the people they serve. I am lowering the barriers to go out there with empathy training. I believe in fierce empathy to change organizations.  

I’m responsible for the unique profile of Innate Motion with its officeless structure, diverse team, bottom-up accountability, and borderless care. This culture and organization exist thanks to the team and my stubborn optimism.

Christophe Fauconnier

I’m a Welcome Change practitioner and a natural-born silo shifter. I am passionate about sports and my family. I love to use business as a tool for creativity and community building. Hence, I operate best as an entrepreneur, impact investor, and advisor, helping others build brands and using business as a force for good. Most recently, with Dr. Andreea Vanacker, I wrote The Human Growth Code, an actionable guide to embrace change by enhancing human growth.

To better share my expertise in humanizing business, I’ve co-authored several books about the power of people to change. I also co-founded Innate Motion, African Drive, The Regenerative Alliance, and Innate Active. Core to my leadership across all these businesses is the belief that business becomes infinitely more valuable for everyone when we create value together as people for people.

Yaw Sarkodie

Active dream chaser, lifelong nomad, self-certified experience junkie, amateur yogi, and an innovative rebel. I have always found it easy to fit naturally in different settings and connect with people seamlessly. This ability enables me to view and appreciate the world from different windows. It fuels the spirit of curiosity and restlessness in me which exposes me to different disciplines, cultures, and countries. Getting to connect deeply with people all around the world brings me so much joy. 

I am passionate about improving systems that stifle empowerment and the pursuit of better livelihoods for people in society. You can refer to me as an activist of the sustainable or regenerative movement. My work centers on working with businesses to be beacons of change in the industry and with individuals to elevate their thinking and empower them to drive the change the world so desperately needs to secure our collective future. 

Cilla Henriette

Rulebreaker, imaginator, natural-born leader, writer, a multilingual and passionate dancer who loves fun, food, and travel. I believe in business as a force for good and drive the B Corp community in Indonesia. I passionately work with companies and brands to create a positive impact. I’m known as a person who challenges the comfort zones, walks the road less traveled, and instigates people to think out of the box.

I bring eclectic competencies as an engineer, brand strategist, researcher, parent, lecturer, speaker, and world citizen to the work I do, next to the 20+ years of experience. I share the power of hard work, positive thinking, and gratefulness in my social interactions. Today I live in Bali with Daniel, my partner, and Casey, my daughter. With Renoir & Rambo, our dogs, we enjoy the luxury of watching the sunset, walking on the beach, and being close to nature. I help organizations and people who rescue stray animals. 

Thaïs Gyurcsó

A pedagogue, linguist, and potential Bake-Off standout (if they’d only notice!). My journey from a multicultural upbringing has been a fascinating exploration of languages and diverse cultures. This passion has been my guiding force leading me to travel and obtain my degrees in languages, linguistics, and translation. Now based in vibrant London, we are raising our son in a home where three languages and cultures happily coexist.

I draw energy from challenging others and find my greatest fulfillment in facilitating ‘aha’ moments in others. At Innate Motion, I channel my flair for words and analytical mindset into research and strategy. My keen empathy and natural penchant for humor allow me to connect with people on a deeper level. Joining the team in 2019, I was captivated by the shared purpose of fostering meaningful growth, a belief I’ve carried into every project I’ve led since.
