Arnaud sees people and their creativity as the principal source of transformation. After years of experience at big corporations like Accenture, Unilever, and Coca-Cola, his curiosity pushed him to go his own way and to become an entrepreneur. After founding his own company, he created a new catering concept involving Michelin star chefs and launched a new type of outsourcing model, leveraging the expertise of retired industry experts. Now he has joined Innate Motion, bringing his multidimensional experience in marketing, innovation, and entrepreneurship to the table, adding a deeper human sense to those fields. At Innate Motion, Arnaud has served various companies from high tech to food companies, from global business players to local players in the development world. He has been our main force behind our investment and the launch of Baobab Express, a company that improves mobility in rural Africa through new transportation system. Arnaud is pragmatic and, as such, enjoys pushing strategies towards actionable principles that make them happen.
His name comes from an ancient Indian civilization, but Arya was actually born and raised in a French and Indonesian family with Chinese roots. He initially wanted to be a diplomat but was more driven by the energy of the fast moving business world, which is why he decided to study international business.
Arya joined Innate Motion in 2008, after his graduation. Since then, he has grown his many talents as a researcher, visual communicator, and brand strategist, all while fulfilling his passion in crafting great ideas that touch people’s lives. After having lived in Indonesia, France, the UK, Italy, and the Netherlands, Arya is now living in Singapore to further extend his multicultural base. He yearns to have the superpower to teleport himself to enjoy authentic food from different corners of the world, to find a good wave to practice surfing, and to get more serendipity.
Felipe has a bachelors degree Business Administration by PUC-SP and International Executive MBA at FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração, with an international module in China. Having worked most of his career in marketing, Felipe has developed innovations, business and brands in consumer goods, financial services and sports in companies like Whirlpool, ABN Amro Bank and Santander. Throughout his career, Felipe witnessed and experienced how brands and people moved by a strong purpose have more powerful and compelling energy to succeed, influence and motivate people towards action, which has turned him into a passionate strategist for purpose-driven change. Felipe is a curious mind, passionate about traveling, sports and people.
Silvia is a truly passionate Italian, brought up in Parma in Italy, land of amazing food and great, open people. After getting her degree in economics, Silvia joined Unilever, where she spent 15 years of her career in marketing. She worked at the company’s international European and global brand development centers, where she developed solid experience in brand visioning, positioning, and innovation. At Innate Motion, Silvia enjoys being in touch with people from different cultures and brands, and loves to find new perspectives to make brands more relevant both for the business and their consumers. Silvia is very fond of food, so she likes working on food design and food innovation projects.
Amanda sees the world through a variety of lenses; she loves people and believes in the idea that from each individual’s unique attribute we can, together, generate something great. She was born and raised in Indonesia, and living in a country full of possibilities is what opened up the world for her. She decided to pursue her studies in the United States. Upon her graduation in 2014 from Bentley University, Amanda decided to go back to Jakarta thinking of the many things that she can do there, not to mention the dynamic opportunities there. She decided to channel her passion for the arts and started her customised greeting card startup with her cousin. Amanda joins innate motion in 2015 as a researcher and cultural decoder. She loves the multiculturality of Innate Motion, and amazed by how powerful empathy can be in research and for global brands.
Jasmine was born and raised in a city – YiChang of China. She is curious about the world’s many cultures, has a warm heart, and is passionate in life. She believes that China should not be a border of her life’s horizon. She moved to Singapore for her university course and started her first career as a market researcher in Singapore. Jasmine enjoys talking to people from different backgrounds, understanding things from a culture perspective, and connecting all the dots. In 2008, Jasmine joined Innate Motion and was inspired by its vision of humanizing business. Now she travels across the world for work and pleasure.
After a humanistic degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and one in Anthropology, Sara attained two Masters, one in International Affairs and one in Communication Analysis and Management. She first joined the United Nations, working in the press offices in Kosovo, Ghana and New York, and then entered the world of marketing and research at Unilever, followed by a move to Innate Motion in 2008.
Sara is a bright and empathetic researcher, appreciated for her ability to understand people in depth and create interesting perspectives. She conducts international research all around the world, applying her human understanding and writing about it using her communication background. These cultural studies are in fact sparks to write articles on societal and cultural issues for the Innate Motion website and online editorial agents.
Sara is an environmentalist and also collaborates with the Italian National Authority for Animal Protection (ENPA) by enabling communication activities aimed at raising awareness around respect for animals.
