I am an open-hearted, boundary-breaking, society defying, yogi and champagne lover…one part yin and 2 parts yang. Over the last 21 years in marketing, entrepreneurship, and consulting I have learned that empathy is key to unlocking real meaningful change and growth. I have worked on brands and businesses in most industries from FMCG, retail, and beauty to pharma, the chicken industry, and technology. I have also created my own brands.

My belief is that we should use what we do to become who want to be. And I want to be someone who contributes to making the world a better place. Living in the most unequal country in the world, South Africa, I believe that if businesses could become more inclusive, purposeful, and regenerative the planet and its people would thrive. I see people’s creativity as the principal source of transformation. As a Jester, I call upon people to come out and play and remind them to go beyond set boundaries. I worked in various companies, from high tech to food, from global to local players in the development world. I am an entrepreneur who failed several times, always moving with a growth mindset and looking to share what I learned to benefit many.

Silvia Tegoni

Jester, economist, food lover, stubborn innovator, and passionate Italian. I believe in food innovation through a solid understanding of people and food cultures. Essential in here is the actual food preparation as a chef does. Only by bringing people around the global table to explore food can one develop something new, appealing, and relevant. 

I build an international career in Unilever for 15 years in brand visioning, positioning, and innovation. At Innate Motion, I love to find new perspectives to make brands more relevant for the business and the people they serve.
