I am enthusiastic about applying the knowledge I have acquired during my studies to help companies better understand the people they serve and to use influence tools to impact people’s behavior with the primary goal of doing their sound and the good of society. I am always curious to discover and learn something new, and I can empathize with people from all social and cultural backgrounds.

From simplifying information into concise steps to connecting the dots, problem-solving, and making processes work more efficiently, I enjoy the varied challenges of this game of work.

I am a big believer in sports and the benefit it gives. I see sport creates friendships between people who would not normally communicate. Having the experience of running more than 10 marathons, I learned so much about endurance training and how it can be applied in everyday life: don’t strive for perfection. Instead, challenge yourself to be better and minimize any obstacles that prevent you from getting there.
I read sports marketing and have worked with various global sports brands. Besides humanizing business with Innate Motion, I also act as a running coach, helping recreational athletes achieve their running goals.

My Bachelor’s in English and my Master’s in linguistics made me realize that understanding a culture comes through understanding the language. One can only get to know people when there is a shared language.
I have a passion for reading and writing. I am bringing this as a teacher to Shanghainese kids in my spare time, opening up their minds for cultures beyond China.

Given full creative freedom from an early age, I dove deep into the world of visual arts and photography. My youth was spent tinkering with cameras, exploring editing programs, and filming everyday life. With an appetite for visuals, I found passion in the telling of stories through images and videos.
I pursued a study in communications to get a better understanding of the decisions behind all the stories, advertising, and PR of brands and products. Being raised in a culturally mixed family allowed me to fall in love with travelling. I have always been interested in human behavior and how it is influenced. I recently finished my studies for a Master in cultural psychology at the University of Amsterdam. After doing my internship at Innate Motion, I started as a Cultural Decoder, using my academic skills and knowledge outside of the academic field.
I like to connect to people all over the world and experience different cultures first hand. Someday, I would like to travel the world on a sailboat!
A Creator of dreams – I like to build my own and help people and teams make theirs happen. I’ve had a few lives – marketer for P&G, Benckiser, and Coca-Cola, running a few small businesses, and consultant for 20 years, learning to position global and local brands and helping teams work with purpose. I lived in France, Belgium, Thailand, and the UK worked in almost 30 countries across four continents and raised a (very) multicultural family.
I am introvert-extrovert – I love to reflect on my own, but I am at my best when working with diverse teams, learning, discovering, and combining forces to build amazing solutions. I am as much at home in London, rural Thailand, or on a farm in the South of France: living outside the city keeps me rooted in the life of real people, well beyond the boardroom.
